Collaborators
Omer Yilmaz, MD, PhDThe goal of the Yilmaz lab is to understand how adult stem cells and their microenvironment adapt to diverse diets in the context of tissue regeneration, aging and cancer initiation.
Together with the Yilmaz lab we are investigating immune surveillance of intestinal stem cells and colorectal cancer stem cells. |
Ya-chieh Hsu, PhDThe goal of the Hsu lab is to discover the principles and molecular nature of cell-cell interactions governing development, regeneration, and injury repair. We use the mammalian skin as our model, a highly assessable organ with diverse cell types and multiple populations of somatic stem cells.
Together with the Hsu lab we are investigating molecular and cellular mechanisms controlling immune privilege of skin stem cells. |
Jun Huh, PhDThe Huh lab studies immune cell function in the context of autoimmunity and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. autism).
Together with the Huh lab we are studying mechanisms of T cell function in fetal development |
